At Outdoor Fence and Deck Contractors, we offer a One-Year Labor and Materials* Warranty. Many of the products that we install come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which we will defer to after our One-Year Warranty expires.
Material Warranty*
Wood products (to include, but limited too, fences, decks, railings, pergolas, arbors, columns, trim, etc.)
Products that are constructed with wood need to be stained to protect the life and beauty of this natural product. The term “Pressure-Treated” means that the lumber was infused with chemicals to prevent it from rotting or being eaten by bugs. However, if you do not apply a stain to these products, the sun will cause them to split, crack and warp prematurely. We can not warranty wood products that have not been stained within 3 months from the date of installation.
Aluminum Deck Railing:
One Year Warranty from Outdoor Fence & Deck and a limited lifetime warranty from the manufacturer (Varies depending on product chosen).
Composite Decking:
